I’ve worked collaboratively with allied health professionals to fix shoulder, back and knee pain, helping people to live and exercise without pain.
I hold the following qualifications:
Certificate III (Gym Instructor) and IV (Personal Training)

What are the next steps?

What kind of training will we be doing?
Your training will vary, it will be personalised and no two sessions will be the same. Focusing on functional strength training. No burpees!
What sessions do you offer?
I offer 30 minute express workout sessions, or 45 minute workout + nutritional assessment sessions.
What will a typical session look like?
We will start with a warm up and mobility work, followed by strength, finishing with a cool down and some flexibility. It will be hard but you won’t be smashed!
Can I train with a friend?
Absolutely! Bring them along and share the cost and fun!
Where will we train?
We will be training in a private/semi private studio in Newport/Williamstown North.
